- In the case of the accident the renters must take traffic accident report and aclohol test report. These reports must be prepared by legal and must be delivered to ALANYA RENT A CAR office. The renters don’t pay any payment after this ( alcohol report must be showed ‘’0 –Zero’’ and accident report must be showed rules are not broken). One side accidents( like run in to Wall exc.) the report must be prepared definitely by police or genderma. If the accident is happened between two side renters must be take another driver’s (opposite side) car paper copy, insurance copy, driving licence copy, accident report and the pictures which is showed the evidence of accident location and vehicles. These documents must be delivered to ALANYA RENT A CAR office.

- The renters must bring the accident report which is must be taken from police or genderma ( according to location ) and the pictures must be clearly to ALANYA RENT A CAR office.

- In the case of theft you renters must take the theft report from the nearest police station and as soon as possible renters must inform to ALANYA RENT A CAR. The car key musnt’ be given to any parking people or any another people who are except the renters.
